I MATTHEW
CORALLIS, President of the United Republic, pursuant to the power vested in me
by the people of the United Republic of Corallium hereby enact the following
document as law of the United Republic. IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set
my hand this twenty-fourth day of December, in the year of our Lord
two-thousand and twenty.
Short Title and Table of Contents
(a) Short Title—This Act may be cited as the “Citizenship Act”

TITLE I—CITIZENS
OF THE UNITED REPUBLIC
PART I—APPLICATION AND PROCESSING OF CITIZENSHIP
§1001 Persons
with the Power to Grant Citizenship
The Secretary of State, President, or any person as the President grants by
notification in writing to the Secretary of State may grant a person
citizenship.
§1002 Revocation
of Citizenship
The Secretary of State, President, or any person granted as the President
grants by notification in writing to the Secretary of State may revoke a person
citizenship.
§1003 Revocation
of Citizenship as a Sanction
Any person or entity as permitted by law may revoke a person’s citizenship as
a legal sanction.
§1004 Notification
of the Clerk of the United Republic
Any person or entity authorized to grant, or revoke citizenship as defined
in Sec. 1001, Sec. 1002, and Sec. 1003, must notify the Clerk of the United
Republic upon the granting or revocation thereof, of said action including the
person or persons involved.
PART II—PRIVELLEGES AND STATUS OF CITIZENS
§1005 Citizens
as Electors of the United Republic
All citizens of the United Republic are granted suffrage and must enjoy the
right to vote or stand in any federal election of the United Republic, unless
otherwise disqualified to do so.
§1006 Citizens
Liable to Stand Trial
All citizens of the United Republic are liable to stand trial by the
Judicial Council of the United Republic, unless otherwise disqualified to do
so.
PART III—FURTHER PROVISIONS
§1007
Leaders of Devolved Territories as Citizens
Any leader of
a devolved territory is automatically a citizen.
§1008 Prohibition
on Revocation of Citizenship Based on Discrimination
No person may have their citizenship revoked on the basis of their race,
gender identity, sexuality, or religion.
TITLE II—REGISTRATION
OF CITIZENS OF THE UNITED REPUBLIC
§2001 Register
of Citizens
The Clerk of the United Republic must maintain and store a list of all Citizens
of the United Republic.
§2002 Public
Accessibility of Register of Citizens
The Clerk of the United Republic must make the register of citizens public,
ensuring that it is regularly updated for accuracy.
